Both worlds exist. Switch any time.

  2. A brick wall blocks the street above; below, a cracked shadow wall the shadow can phase through

About the game

The runner game with two worlds at once

Twinshade: Two Worlds Runner is a puzzle runner for Android and iPhone. You control two versions of the same character at the same time: your physical self runs through a bright reality world on the top half of the screen, and your shadow runs through a dark shadow world on the bottom half. Tap to switch which one is active, swipe up to jump and swipe down to slide.

The two worlds play by different rules. Walls stop your physical self, but your shadow phases straight through them. Bright light, on the other hand, destroys your shadow. Collect coins in reality and crystals in the shadow world, and solve cross-world puzzles where a lever above opens a gate below, a shadow plate builds a bridge above and a street lamp floods the shadow world with light.

Play 30 handcrafted levels in six worlds with an interactive tutorial, three-star scoring, checkpoints, lives and hints.
