Tiny Repair Shop

Terms of Use

Tiny Repair Shop (Android and iOS) · Effective date: 10 October 2026

1. The game

Tiny Repair Shop is a mobile game by Medin Turkes. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms. In addition, the terms of the store you downloaded it from apply (Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

2. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. The game, its jobs, characters, artwork, music, sounds and code are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the game except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Fair play

Please don't use cheats, modified versions or automated tools to manipulate the game. A good repair shop doesn't cut corners.

4. Coins, tickets and items

Coins, reputation and tickets are earned by playing. Workshop upgrades, paint colours, patterns, finishes and stickers are unlocked with them inside the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought with real money, sold or exchanged.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the game, or individual features, at any time. Because your progress is stored only on your device, we cannot restore it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling the game or using Settings → Reset progress.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law (including the German Product Liability Act). Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Privacy

The game collects no personal data and makes no network requests. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
