1. The game
Magnet Mail is a free mobile game by Medin Turkes (Certi Development), Düsseldorf, Germany. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms. In addition, the terms of the store you downloaded it from apply (Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
2. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. The game, its levels, artwork, sounds and code are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the game except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Fair play
Please don't use cheats, modified versions or automated tools to manipulate the game. It's a game about clever deliveries, not shortcuts.
4. Availability and changes
The game is provided free of charge. We may update, change or discontinue it, or individual features, at any time. Because your progress is stored only on your device, we cannot restore it if it is lost.
5. Liability
The game is provided free of charge. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law (including the German Product Liability Act). Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy

7. Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
